What we collect
When you place an order or send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code and, if you give it, your email address. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and reply to you.
Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser. We do not see them until you place an order.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm, pack and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address only with the delivery partner carrying your order. Orders and enquiries reach us through WhatsApp or email, so those services process the messages you send.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and delete other personal data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to see, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to meweorganics8@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
